Our 2022 theme explored Mexican and Central American Foodways with experts both online and in person through lectures, workshops, demonstrations, food tastings and an outdoor Foodways Festival. Chef Claudia Ruiz Santiz delivered the keynote, “Resurgent Indigenous Foodways in Mexico.”
